Flat-Rate Shipping Nationwide

LittleKindle™ strives to deliver within the stipulated delivery time as stated on the product page. Effective on Feb 1st, 2015, conditions for such fees are as follows:

To avoid lost shipment, we strictly do not deliver to non-permanent addresses like P.O. Box, hotels, freight forwarders etc. Customers are strongly advised to use their own residential address as the delivery address.

7-Day Returns & Refunds

All items are carefully tested and guaranteed to work prior delivery and we very much hope you will be happy with your purchase. If, however, for any reason, you are not, you may return the item to us, unopened, unused and in its original packaging within the first 7 days. If the return is valid, we will be more than happy to provide a refund in store credits (minus the delivery fee). Items must be returned to us using PosLaju (other courier service providers are also accepted). We cannot accept items that have been tested, opened or used. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage or for the vagaries of the postal system. To return an item to us, simply contact us and ask for further instructions.

Orders & Cancellations

We accept orders from ALL countries. For international (outside Malaysia) customers, we accept Visa/Master credit card and Western Union payments. For countries other than the Philippines, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore, please contact us before ordering.

Any order placed can still be changed or cancelled within the first 24 hours, as long as your order status shows "Pending" or "Processing". A written request with necessary proof of purchase must be forwarded to us via e-mail. If your order status shows "Processed", it means that your order has been processsed and therefore, no further changes or cancellation can be made to your order even if it is within the first 24 hours.

Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday. We welcome your telephone calls between Monday and Friday, 10pm to 6pm. Outwith these hours, please e-mail us and we will reply to you on the next business day.

Secure Payments by MOLPay

The LittleKindle™ website has secure ordering - through MOLPay (formerly NBEPay) - and accepts Visa and Mastercard, as well as e-banking online payments from Maybank2U, CIMBClicks, Hong Leong Connect, AMOnline and RHB Now - and Western Union for International orders.

MOLPay is the company which processes our customers' credit card payments and e-banking online payments. We do not store any credit card or e-banking information on our systems, or at our premises. The padlock or key symbol in the status bar of your browser indicates that you are in a secure area and all information provided in this area is encrypted and protected.

For customers who use credit card for purchase, a billing transaction from "MOLPay" will be reflected in their next credit card statement.

Handle with Care

We treat each order with utmost care and importance  Each order is carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. However if an order has not been received after 7 working days, please contact us immediately. Delivery times are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Please note that any change of address after the order has been placed may incur an additional admin fee and subject to further verification, a lengthy process that may take up an additional 1-3 working days.
